LLC "Centre of Halal Supervision" (CenterHalalNadzor)

LLC Centre of Halal Supervision, known in Russia as CentrHalalNadzor, is a Moscow based halal certification body that has worked in halal standardization and certification since 2014. It runs a voluntary certification system for food products and services registered under Russian law, and it operates under an agreement with the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of Moscow and the Central Region, which sits within the Spiritual Assembly of Muslims of Russia. The general director is Ramis Yakupov, and the office is located on Yaroslavskaya Street in Moscow.

The centre states that its main goal is to raise the competitiveness of Russian producers in domestic and international food markets while building demand for halal products and services. Its certification work covers food production and processing, confectionery, long storage products, public catering and HoReCa, packaging materials, and transport enterprises, among other sectors. Auditors examine equipment, working conditions, and core production requirements before the centre decides whether to register use of its halal mark for one or three years.

Beyond its recognition from JAKIM in Malaysia, the centre has passed accreditation by the Emirates International Accreditation Centre in Dubai and appears on the list of halal certification bodies recognized by CICOT in Thailand, with that recognition currently valid into 2027.
