Kas Uluslararasi Sertifikasyon, trading internationally as KASCERT International, is a certification, training, and inspection company headquartered in Bornova, Izmir, Turkey, with additional offices in Istanbul and Ankara. The body states that it also maintains representation in England, Germany, Italy, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Russia, and China, giving it a presence across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

KASCERT operates as a multi scheme conformity assessment provider. Alongside halal certification, it audits management systems including ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, and ISO 13485, as well as aerospace and retailer schemes such as AS/EN 9100, BRC, and IFS. Its halal work covers food and beverage production, slaughterhouses, and agricultural products, with audits tracing composition and processing from raw materials, additives, and packaging through to storage of the finished product.

The body states that it received JAKIM accreditation on 6 September 2010 and describes itself as the first certification body in Turkey to gain that status. It also appears on the list of halal certification bodies recognised by CICOT, the Central Islamic Council of Thailand, and states that it is a member of the World Halal Council and works with the Islamic Food Research Center in Malaysia.

Certification follows a seven step sequence from application and contract signing through preliminary examination, audit planning, the on site audit, closure of non conformities, and a committee decision. Applicants are expected to operate an ISO 22000 based food safety system supported by good manufacturing practice, good hygiene practice, and HACCP, and certificates are maintained through annual surveillance audits.
